Data Deletion Request
PostMimic respects your right to delete your data. Here's how.
How to Delete Your Data
You can request complete deletion of your PostMimic account and all associated data using any of the following methods:
- From your account settings: Log in to app.postmimic.app, go to Settings, and use the Account Deletion option.
- By email: Send a deletion request to privacy@vibelabsmarketing.com from the email address associated with your PostMimic account. Include "Data Deletion Request" in the subject line.
- If you connected via Facebook: You can also remove PostMimic from your Facebook account by going to Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites → find PostMimic → Remove. This will trigger a data deletion request on our end.
What Gets Deleted
Upon processing your deletion request, we will permanently remove:
- Your account information (email, name, password)
- Voice analysis data and training history
- All generated content and post history
- OAuth tokens for connected platforms (X, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram)
- Stored API keys (BYOK)
- Profile configurations, brand rules, and business knowledge
- Schedules and queued posts
- Analytics data
Billing records may be retained for up to 7 years as required by tax and legal compliance.
Processing Time
Deletion requests are processed within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email when your data has been deleted.
